Zalissia National Nature Park
Pine forest on the left bank of the Desna, north-east of Kyiv
Zalissia is a large forest on the first and second terraces of the Desna's left bank, where pine makes up 85% of the forested area. About 1,700 hectares of that pine are over 100 years old.
