Yavoriv National Nature Park

Hornbeam-oak and pine forests on the hills of Ukrainian Roztocze

Yavoriv lies in the Ukrainian Roztocze, a narrow range of hills 75 km long that rises sharply north of the Lesser Polissia. Part of the main European watershed runs through it, so nearby rivers flow to both the Black Sea and the Baltic.
