Vishtynetsky National Park

Glacial hills, forest and Lake Vishtynets in south-eastern Kaliningrad Oblast

Vishtynetsky sits on the Vishtynets moraine upland, where the last glaciation left ridges, deep ravines and many boulders around Lake Vishtynets, the largest lake in Kaliningrad Oblast. Its forests are part of the old Rominter Heath (Роминтская пуща) and border Poland and Lithuania.
