National Marine Park of Zakynthos
Loggerhead turtle nesting beaches and marine zones in Laganas bay, Zakynthos
The park covers the Bay of Laganas on the southern shore of Zakynthos, where six beaches host one of the most important sea turtle nesting sites in the Mediterranean. It also takes in the wetland of Keri Lake and the two small islands of Strofadia.
