North Aegean Marine National Park
Marine park of seagrass meadows and caves off Çanakkale and Edirne
Seagrass meadows, natural cave systems and coastal habitats give whales and Mediterranean monk seals places to shelter, rest and pup. The park covers 174,214 hectares of Turkish territorial waters around the Gelibolu Peninsula and Gökçeada.
