Lower Oder Valley National Park
Floodplain meadows and wetlands along the Oder on the German-Polish border
The park covers the flat western bank of the Oder, where open levees let winter and spring water flow across wide floodplains until April. It forms the German core of an international park shared with Poland's steep eastern bank.
