Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park

Lochs, glens and Munros across the Highland Boundary Fault in central Scotland

Loch Lomond, the largest lake in Great Britain by surface area, lies across the Highland Boundary Fault, so green lowland fields give way to mountains within a few kilometres. The park adds the wooded glens of the Trossachs, 21 Munros and 20 Corbetts.
