Kamianska Sich National Nature Park

Feather-grass steppe, ravines and Cossack sites on the Dnipro in Kherson region

Access: currently not possible. This area has been affected by the war in Ukraine, and conditions may differ from the description.

The park is built around two large ravines, Kamianska and Mylivska, and a Dnipro terrace where uncultivated feather-grass steppe survives on the slopes. The site of the Cossack Kamianska Sich stands on the high bank above the former Kakhovka reservoir, drained since the dam was destroyed in 2023.
