Chalk cliffs and beech forest on the Baltic coast of Rügen

Chalk cliffs rise from the Baltic Sea on the Jasmund peninsula, with the Königsstuhl reaching 118 m. Behind them, beech forest on the Stubnitz ridge holds water-filled dells left by ice-age dead-ice holes.
