Three glaciers on one ice cap on Norway's Folgefonna peninsula

Folgefonna is the third largest ice cap in Norway, made up of Nordre, Midtre and Søndre Folgefonna, and its highest point is believed to be one of the wettest places in the country. Below the ice, valleys and pine forests shelter golden eagles, red deer and white-backed woodpeckers.
