Defileul Jiului National Park
Gorge of the Jiu River between the Vâlcan and Parâng Mountains in Romania
The park follows the gorge cut by the Jiu River between the Vâlcan Mountains and the Parâng Mountains, part of the Southern Carpathians. It lies mostly in Gorj County, with a smaller part in Hunedoara.
