Steep limestone bays and sea between Marseille and Cassis in southern France

The park is a string of steep-sided calanques, including Sormiou, Morgiou, Port-Miou, Sugiton and En-Vau, running between Marseille and Cassis. It is the only national park in Europe that combines suburbs, sea and land, and it holds the Cosquer Cave, whose entrance lies 37 m underwater.
